College Board

An advisory College Council was established in November, 1974. Its principal function was described as follows: "to advise and assist the Headmaster in all matters pertaining to the College. One of its important objectives is to promote and encourage active interest and participation in the welfare and development of the College by all those associated with it."

It has been decided by the Brothers that it is timely for the Council to be replaced by a Board.  This Board will become the governing authority for the College when De La Salle College is incorporated as a company which is planned for early in 2009.
